Personalized support & connection for your pregnancy & birth
Meet Your Doula Team
Double E Doulas is a partnership model, but what does that mean?
When you choose us, you’re welcoming a team of two doulas who work closely together to support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Our partnership allows us to offer dependable, personalized care while ensuring you always have someone you know and trust by your side.
While only one doula will attend your birth, we both play an active role in your journey. You’ll get to know us through prenatal visits, check-ins, and ongoing communication—so whoever is with you on your birth day will already feel like a familiar, trusted presence.
What makes our doula team special:
Reliable support: With two doulas sharing an on-call schedule, you’ll never be left without care.
Shared experience: We bring complementary skills, perspectives, and insight to your birth journey.
Flexible scheduling: Easier to plan prenatal and postpartum visits that fit your life.
A connected approach: You’ll benefit from the heart and expertise of two doulas while enjoying the calm, focused care of one at your birth.
Together, we’re here to make sure you feel supported, informed, and confident, every step of the way.
Hello, I’m Liz!
I am a Washington native with a longstanding passion for supporting children and families. I discovered the doula profession at 18 and immediately knew it was the path I wanted to pursue. I bring calm, organized, and detail-focused care to every family I serve, and my experience as a nanny has strengthened my ability to support parents with patience, understanding, and confidence.
As a doula, my commitment is to help each client experience a birth that feels supported, respectful, and aligned with their needs. I work to ensure families feel seen, heard, and well-informed throughout their care. I remain composed in challenging moments, offer evidence-based information, and fully support each client’s preferences—whether they choose an unmedicated birth, a medicated birth, or a combination of options that best suits them.
I am a doula who finds deep purpose in helping families feel supported, confident, and cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early stages of postpartum.
Born and raised in the gorgeous state of Washington, I grew up in a large family where caring for others came naturally. I’m passionate about supporting mothers, especially those experiencing difficult pregnancies. I strive to create a positive and supportive birth atmosphere for every family I serve.
Outside of birth work, I’m passionate about agriculture and the values it represents, hard work, growth, and connection. I’ve always loved the rhythm of rural life, from working with cattle to early mornings in the orchard surrounded by the beauty of the land. Agriculture reminds me of the importance of patience and care, qualities that carry over into my work as a doula.
In my free time, I enjoy expressing creativity through art and interior decorating, and I never turn down a good game night with friends.
As a doula, my goal is to offer calm, compassionate, and personalized care, helping each mother and family feel empowered, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
What is a doula?
A doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to families during pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. Unlike medical providers, doulas do not perform clinical tasks. Their role is to ensure that you feel confident, cared for, and supported every step of the way.
Having a doula means having someone by your side who truly listens, advocates for your wishes, and helps you navigate the journey with calm and clarity. Studies show that families supported by doulas often experience shorter labors, fewer interventions, and more positive birth memories. Whether it’s offering comfort measures, helping your partner feel involved, or simply being a steady, reassuring presence, a doula helps make your birth experience feel informed, empowering, and supported.
